Behind its light salmony colour is a nose with subtle notes of redcurrant and cherries, and a fruity and fresh mouth with a tangy finish.

Produced in the best vats of Clos de Cuminaille and Côte de Belley et Limony, this prestigious wine is aged in new casks. The result: full in the mouth, very aromatic, great finesse and a remarkable fruity taste. A delightful bottle, full of charm. 

The very warm granite slopes of Cornas produce solid wines with great cellaring potential, and this one is no exception to the rule. However, Pierre Gaillard’s talent gives it a certain finesse of tannins and a silky quality that is unusual in the appelation.
