The 'flagship' vintage of the estate, which we offer almost mature. The nose opens up on a basket of black fruit. The complex and rich mouth is very well balanced, with a gentle tannin structure… the 'must-drink' Cahors wine!

The ultimate expression of the Malbec grape, this "black wine" expresses glazed fruits in the nose. In the mouth, an outstanding concentration and great complexity of flavours. A unique wine that keeps well for ages! A Cahors that informed connoissuers should have in their cellars!

Beautiful yellowy gold, bright, clear. The nose opens up to aromas of white flowers, ripe fruit, grilled almondswith a mineral touch. Round in the mouth but fine, with a great fresh finish. A safe choice.

This Clos de Cuminaille is really the child of Pierre Gaillard, as it was the first plot he planted (in 1981). All his savoir-faire is there: a deep purple colour, velvety tannins, fine aromas of red fruits, a good acid finish: a Saint Joseph that really seduces you.

Produced in the best vats of Clos de Cuminaille and Côte de Belley et Limony, this prestigious wine is aged in new casks. The result: full in the mouth, very aromatic, great finesse and a remarkable fruity taste. A delightful bottle, full of charm. 

The very warm granite slopes of Cornas produce solid wines with great cellaring potential, and this one is no exception to the rule. However, Pierre Gaillard’s talent gives it a certain finesse of tannins and a silky quality that is unusual in the appelation.

Coming from a plot planted shortly after the second world war, this wine opens with delicate notes of white flowers and a hint of iodine. A pale yellow with emerald hues precedes a full mouth revealing currant and grapefruit flavours and a lovely bitter finish. A complete wine.

A yellow gold with subtle bright green hues, a majestic nose evoking fresh herbs, liquorice and anise enveloped in honey and brioche notes, with a rich, flavoursome mouth waving balancing lime, vanilla and muscat notes leading to a long, spicy finish. This is an outstanding wine which, after long years of cellaring, will develop delicate mineral, buttery, toasty flavours. Quite simply, a must!

This cuvée represents the top of the estate's range of reds. Ruby-red, dense and deep, with a rich, complex nose combining blackberries, blueberries and morello cherries. A sense of harmony and generous power in the mouth, with a mixture of fruit and oriental spices (pink peppercorns, vanilla, cinnamon). Fresh, mineral finish. A bottle with a great pedigree!

This is the estate’s iconic cuvée. Unsurprisingly, it proves to have lovely tannic density evoking ripe black fruit leading to a structured, spicy finish. A complete wine.

Well structured, ample and generous wine. Evoking spices, leather, liquorice and ripe fruits on the palate with a long, persistent finish. A benchmark for the appellation!
