Every order placed on the website entitles you to a discount voucher, to be applied to a future order. The "cash-back fidelity" principle varies depending on the wine in question and the amount ordered. Your "cash-back fidelity" discount voucher becomes active after you receive your order. It is automatically entered in your customer account and your shopping basket. Each voucher is valid for 3 months after the delivery for an order of 50€ VAT excl (60.5€ incl. VAT).
Our delivery partner collects the wine directly from the estates. They are transported to our logistics platform where we prepare your order ourselves. We handle the bottles with the utmost of care that they deserve. Your carefully prepared order is sent without delay in packaging specially designed for secure transport.
If one of the wines delivered does not meet your expectations, it is not a problem, we will refund you! All you need to do is to return the wine in its original packaging and within 8 days after reception, we will refund the price to your bank account.
If one of your bottles is corked, merely return it to us and we will refund you immediately.

There is no minimum purchase quantity. It is possible to order wine by bottle and purchase a mix of different wines according to your wishes.
We deliver to Belgium, mainland France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Germany Austria, Denmark, Italy and Spain.
You have the choice of delivery to the address of your choice or to a distribution point.
The time necessary for delivery to Belgium varies between 10 and 15 working days with effect from the day after the private sale is closed. The time necessary for delivery outside Belgium is between 15 to 20 working days.
Vins-Privés does not stock any wine. The wines are shipped directly from the estate to our logistics platform where each customer’s order is carefully prepared and packaged by us in packaging specially designed for secure transport.
Our delivery partner, professionally renowned in its trade, carries out deliveries of each order to the address of your choice.
The delivery charges featured include VAT. They vary depending on the delivery address and the number of bottles ordered and/or the amount of the order:

Once your order leaves our logistics platform, our delivery partner will inform you by e-mail that your order will be delivered soon.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. You have the choice between five delivery methods:
On reception of your order, it is your responsibility to check the content of the parcel and express, if applicable, any reservations you may have or refuse it, if it does not seem compliant with your order. In this case, you must notify this to the delivery agent on our delivery partner’s delivery slip.
In case of breakage, it is your responsibility to refuse the parcel and demand that it is returned to the sender.
In case of a refusal for breakage or non-compliance of your parcel, we ask you to contact our customer service department so that we may proceed with the refunding of your order as soon as possible.
They payment transactions on our web site are fully secure. The security protocol developed by our payment systems partner encrypts the information in your order to guarantee the protection of all your personal data and information linked to your means of payment. This information is not stored on our servers.
